DEPOSIT: For daily or weekly reservations, one-day rate deposits apply.
Rates based on 2-person occupancy. Additional guest is $15.00 per person per day or $100.00 per week.
All guests must be registered with the office.
No charge for under 16 – must be supervised.
Less than 3 month stays: balance due upon check in for 1-3 month reservations
For 3-5 month stays: balance due upon check in for first 3 months. Remaining balance due on the 1st day of 4th month of reservation.
Pets: RV Furry Friend Fee – $10.00 per dog (limit 2 per site). Applies to any reservation with a dog.
PASSPORT AMERICA: Sold and accepted up to 5 nights per stay, May 1st through September 30th .
GOOD SAM: Accepted up to 5 nights per stay, May 1st through September 30th.
All monthly rates are billed by usage at the current FPL KWH rate plus taxes and pass through charges.

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE
PLEASE NOTE FOR RV ANNUAL, 6 MONTH, OR 6/6 PLAN: IF YOU CHANGE THE TYPE OF RESERVATION OR CANCEL, RATES WILL BE CONVERTED FOR YOUR MONTH’S ON SITE TO THE REGULAR RATE AND THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE DUE IN FULL.
6/6 PLAN: Leave your RV onsite year round with a 6 month stay.
SUMMER STORAGE ONLY: $480.00 due in full on or before April 1, 2024.

Our cottages are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, non-smoking and fully stocked for your stay. Pet friendly and non-pet units available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: $250.00 Non-refundable and due at booking
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250.00 refundable and collected at check-in
GUEST AGREES TO PAY THE ENTIRE RESERVATION IN THE EVENT OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
