Reservations of 30 days or less: The full balance is due at the time of booking.
Monthly Reservations: A deposit equivalent to one month’s rate is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Rates based on 2-person occupancy. An additional guest is $15.00 per person per day or $100.00 per week.
All guests must be registered with the office.
No charge for under 16 – must be supervised.
Pets: RV Furry Friend Fee – $10.00 per dog (limit 2 per site). Applies to any reservation with a dog.
PASSPORT AMERICA: Sold and accepted up to 5 nights per stay, May 1st through September 30th.
GOOD SAM: Accepted up to 5 nights per stay, May 1st through September 30th.
All monthly rates are billed by usage at the current FPL KWH rate plus taxes and pass-through charges.

Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the reservation’s start date are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE FOR RV ANNUAL, 6 MONTH, OR 6/6 PLAN: IF YOU CHANGE THE TYPE OF RESERVATION OR CANCEL, RATES WILL BE CONVERTED FOR YOUR MONTHS ON SITE TO THE REGULAR RATE AND THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE DUE IN FULL.
6/6 PLAN: Leave your RV on-site year-round with a 6 consecutive-month stay. SUMMER STORAGE: $570.00 due in full on or before April 1, 2026.

Our cottages are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, non-smoking, and fully stocked for your stay. Pet-friendly and non-pet units available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: $500.00 Non-refundable and due at booking
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: $250.00 refundable and collected at check-in
GUEST AGREES TO PAY THE ENTIRE RESERVATION IN THE EVENT OF AN EARLY DEPARTURE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
